Stage 5: Balanced Assessment
Every apartment gets some complaints — that's normal. We distinguished patterns (the same concern from multiple independent residents = worth knowing) from one-offs (a single bad experience that could happen anywhere). Only confirmed patterns informed our recommendations.
Stage 6: Price Verification
